CSU Black History Month Event

Bridging the Gap Between Our Generations For Success

Who: Presented by the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Black Law Students' Association honoring Cleveland Metropolitan School District high school students.

What: "Bridging the Gap" Program honors academically excelling high school students and hosts a trivia bowl consisting of legal professionals, law students, and High School students (food, beverages, and snacks provided)

When: February 25, 2011 at 4 p.m.

Where: Moot Court Room in the College of Law on Cleveland State University's campus

Why: Black History month program series, continues the legacy established by previous successful Cleveland area lawyers (notable alumni of C|M| Law: Judge Pearson, first black woman appointed to a federal court position in Ohio; Carl and Louis Stokes, former Mayor and Representative; Frank Jackson, current Cleveland Mayor; Bill Mason, County Prosecutor; Bert Wolstein, successful businessman and entrepreneur)
