CSU welcomes its largest-ever freshman class, with more than 1,850 first-year students enrolled this fall. Freshmen enrollment has doubled over the last five years and increased nearly 15% over last year. Learn more.

In Memoriam

We mourn the passing of Congressman Louis Stokes '53, a great statesman and friend of CSU. In recent years, he was a tireless champion of the NEOMED-CSU Partnership for Urban Health, a trailblazing joint venture that is preparing primary-care physicians to meet the unique healthcare needs of underserved urban neighborhoods. CSU's first homecoming

CSU's first homecoming included a student rally, a homecoming that started on the Mall and went down Euclid Avenue to Fenn Tower with Cleveland Mayor Carl Stokes as Grand Marshall, and a formal dance in Fenn Tower's Panel Hall, November 6, 1965.
